Melissa Pearce
Pastor Melissa Pearce has served God from a young age and has been trained for the work of the ministry since 2006 together with her husband, Pastor Lloyd Pearce, under the leadership and training of their spiritual father, Prophet Leon du Preez. In October 2023, she and Pastor Lloyd were ordained and commissioned to plant Encounter Church Ballito.
Passionate about seeing women discover their God-given identity and walk in the fullness of who God has called them to be, Pastor Melissa founded the annual Women of Glory Conference in 2024, which continues to impact the lives of women from across the nation. Through this ministry, hundreds of women have discovered their identity in Christ and been equipped to walk in purpose, freedom, and confidence.
Pastor Melissa carries a genuine expression of the Glory of God, leading women into life-changing encounters with His Presence and revealing God’s original design and intent for their lives. Her heart is to raise women of integrity who honour God in every area of life, becoming supportive, honouring wives, nurturing mothers, faithful sisters, and women who influence their homes, churches, and communities for the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Melissa resides in Ballito with her husband, Pastor Lloyd Pearce, and their two precious daughters, Cassia and Lily.

Este-Lee Du Preez
Prophetess Este-Lee du Preez has served God from an early age and has been in full-time ministry for over 15 years. Alongside her husband, Prophet Leon du Preez, she has faithfully served in an internationally recognised ministry, accompanying him across numerous continents as they have witnessed countless lives transformed through the supernatural power and Presence of God.
Carrying a deep revelation of the grace of Jesus Christ, Prophetess Este-Lee is passionate about seeing women discover their true identity in Him. Her ministry has brought freedom to countless women as they overcome rejection, insecurity, and inadequacy, while ministering with prophetic insight, a fiery expression of the Holy Ghost, and imparting the fire of God that ignites women to walk boldly in their God-given calling.
In 2019, Prophetess Este-Lee founded the annual Fierce Women’s Conference, which continues to draw hundreds of women from across South Africa, together with a growing international online audience. Through these conferences, many have been radically transformed by the power of God.
Prophetess Este-Lee is also the founder and host of Real Talk, a ministry that reaches women through both live gatherings and its podcast. Through honest conversations and practical biblical wisdom, she addresses real-life challenges in an authentic way, helping women in every season of their life.
Prophetess Este-Lee resides in Johannesburg with her husband, Prophet Leon du Preez, and their two beautiful daughters, Scarlet Grace and Bethany Angel.
